For many families living through poverty and economic hardship, putting food on the table can become a daily struggle. 

When income is unstable and food prices continue to put pressure on household budgets, families are often forced to make difficult choices — between food, transport, education, healthcare and other basic needs.

For a family already struggling to survive, one difficult month can set them back even further.
